With more than 26 years of mortgage experience, Mark Kimmerling brings a warm, personalized approach to helping clients navigate home financing. He began his mortgage career as a closing officer in 1996 before becoming a loan officer in 1999, giving him a valuable understanding of the lending process from both sides of the transaction.
Mark takes the time to understand each client's unique needs, financial picture, and long-term goals so he can help identify mortgage options that make sense for them. He knows purchasing a home can be stressful, and he works behind the scenes to keep the process moving smoothly so clients can focus on the excitement of what's ahead.
Licensed in all 50 states, Mark has originated loans in 19 states and continues to serve a strong referral base in Bloomington, Illinois and beyond.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys home remodeling projects, college football and relaxing at home with his wife, Kelly, and their dogs, Blaze and Maggie.
